DUMBBELLS CONVERGENCE | NEUTRAL ANGLE

Laying down dumbbells is the most powerful chest isolation exercise. To get the effect of performing the wiring, first of all, it is necessary to perform it technically correctly and, in order to avoid injury, remember that when performing isolation exercises, you do not need such large weights as when performing basic ones. The dumbbell bench press is a very cool exercise for developing pectoral muscles, but at the same time, everyone forgets that it was thanks to the wiring that Arnold was able to pump up his chest muscles to incredible volumes. 

 

The recommendations for doing the exercise are very similar to the recommendations for doing the dumbbell bench press. The back should fit snugly to the bench, completely eliminating any deflections, since with a deflection in the lower back, the widest muscles of the back can be involved in the work.  The arms should be strictly perpendicular to the body, so as not to redistribute the load from the pectoral muscles to the deltas. To protect the elbow joints from extreme loads, you need to make a small bend in them.
