The most important exercise in men's bodybuilding is the dumbbell bench press at an angle with the head pointing up. Strongly developed pectoral muscles are considered an indicator of ideal physical shape if they have a harmonious and proportional appearance, look powerful and full. It is the breasts that require the maximum load during the week, as strong and voluminous breasts can compensate for imperfections in the arms or the plane of the butt.
