What are you going to buy. After payment, our online training coordinator will contact you during the working day. Be prepared to answer a few questions about your health, fitness level, and training experience. This is a mandatory screening to continue the process of our interaction. Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for the complication of your past injuries or the deterioration of your chronic conditions, so we must know the specifics of your health and training.

 

If everything is fine, we will schedule a free introductory training with you. This is a half-hour online video session designed to get to know the coach and explore the specifics of communication, so that you both feel comfortable working in the future. And then you make up a training schedule with the coach.

 

WHAT ARE YOU BUYING

Your purchase package includes one online workout with a real fitness trainer in a video conference environment. These are ten 60-minute sessions based on a program specially prepared for you personally. You will receive a set of exercises that is suitable for you, taking into account the permissible physical activity, your level of fitness and health characteristics. The training begins with the coach showing you step by step the exercises and their aspects:

 

  • Execution technique
  • Important points and accents of the technique
  • Safety features
  • Rules for selecting the load weight
  • Selection of the number of repetitions and sets
  • Combining sets of different exercises
  • Warm-up, hitch, pauses between sets

 

Of course, in the future, the help of a coach in your sports life is indispensable, but if you want to practice on your own, the knowledge gained during a couple of months of training with us will be quite enough to progress without us. In any case, we are always happy to advise you on any issues within the framework of the purchased package.

 

WHAT YOU'RE GET AFTER PAYMENT

To get the most out of your workouts, you need to prepare for our sessions. That's what's required of you:

  1. If you work out on the territory of a sports club, arrive at the place 10 minutes before the start of the workout in time to prepare. 
  2. Change into sportswear that is comfortable for training. 
  3. Stock up on a drink. You will need at least 500-700 ml of water or a tonic drink.
  4. Get in touch with the trainer 5 minutes before the scheduled training time. You will organize a video conference together. 
  5. To free your hands from your smartphone, take a triode with you, which allows you to set the device at a level of 100-120 cm from the floor. 
  6. Don't forget a small towel. 
  7. It will be great if you have a heart sensor or a heart rate watch. 
  8. If you can warm up on your own (10 minutes on a cardio machine, stretching), then we will devote all 60 minutes to the most targeted workout. That's great!
