Imagine a torso with a powerful, prominent chest, where the central part looks like two massive, perfectly fitted slabs with an elegant groove in the middle. Such an impressive appearance is not achieved by regular bench presses or hand movements, which do not allow this area to be properly worked out. But there is a secret! This is a bench press with tightly clasped palms, for example, a disc press clamped between the hands. This exercise is your way to develop the central chest area. It's incredibly effective, but it also requires a special approach. 

 

It is best to study under the guidance of a coach who is familiar with this specific movement. The main point is the maximum compression of the disc by the palms, especially at the top point, and the correct position of the elbows (perpendicular to the body). Do not forget to actively bring your elbows together in the upper phase so that your pectoral muscles work at full capacity. And remember the main thing – safety! Never hold the disc over your head, so as not to risk your health.
